being part of Dover Summer Fest 2025! This page includes everything you need to know for a smooth setup and successful event day. Please read all the details carefully and check back in case of updates.

π Event Details
- Date: Saturday, June 28, 2025
- Time: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Vendor Setup: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Location: Crescent Field, Dover, NJ
- Vendor Entrance: Morris Street
- Rain Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025
π Parking & Drop-Off Instructions
- Vendors must drop off their belongings at the vendor entrance on Morris Street, then move their vehicle to park.
- Each vendor is allowed one parking space per booth.
- Optional shuttle service is available from Dover High School every 15 minutes throughout the day.
- We recommend arriving with plenty of time for setup and parking.
- Parking maps and booth maps will be provided in your Vendor Package at check-in.
πͺ Booth Setup Guidelines
- You must bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and full setup.
- No electricity will be provided — vendors needing power must bring their own generator.
- We will not be able to accommodate any requests for tents, tables, or electricity on the day of the event.
π Vendor Check-In
- Upon arrival, vendors will receive a Vendor Package that includes:
- A printed map
- Booth passes
- Key event info
- Please know your booth number in advance to help keep check-in fast and organized.
- Event organizers Angelica Montoya and Michelle Espada will be stationed at the vendor entrance.
π§βοΈ Volunteers & Support
ο»Ώ
- Volunteers will be wearing mustard/yellow shirts and are available throughout the day to assist vendors.
- Town of Dover event organizers will be wearing teal polo shirts.
- Local Events NJ vendor coordinator (Angelica Montoya) will be wearing a navy blue or black polo shirt.
- For any questions or assistance during the event, please
text Angelica Montoya at (973) 668-3088.
Phone calls will not be answered due to noise at the event site.
β οΈ Important Reminders
- No early breakdowns — booths must stay up until the event ends at 9:00 PM.
- Booths must be attended at all times. We are not responsible for unattended items or booth contents.
- A dumpster is available on-site. Ask a volunteer or text Angelica if you need help locating it.
- Track your own sales — no reporting or forms are required after the event.
